Aluminum bronze wire is a high-performance copper alloy wire made from copper-aluminum alloy as the core raw material, combined with trace alloying elements, and processed through multiple refined processes such as vacuum melting, precision drawing, annealing and tempering, and fine polishing. Unlike ordinary tin bronze and phosphor bronze wire, this product boasts three core properties: high strength, high wear resistance, and strong corrosion resistance. The material is dense and uniform, free of pores, cracks, and inclusions, with a high surface finish and extremely small dimensional accuracy. The product covers three mechanical states: soft, semi-hard, and fully hard. It exhibits stable overall mechanical properties, is bendable, stretchable, weldable, and precision-machined, making it suitable for precision parts manufacturing, wear-resistant parts processing, special welding, and marine heavy industry applications under various harsh working conditions.
