From May 12th to 15th, 2026, the 26th METALLOOBRABOTKA 2026, a premier global event for the metalworking and machinery manufacturing industry, will be held at the Crocus Expo in Moscow, Russia. As the largest and most influential industry exhibition in Eastern Europe and the CIS region, METALLOOBRABOTKA has been successfully held 25 times since its inception in 1984, consistently ranking among the top ten machine tool trade shows globally and serving as a strategic gateway to the core industrial markets of Russia and Eastern Europe.
This year's exhibition brought together more than 1,500 exhibitors from 7 countries around the world, with a net exhibition area of 51,142 square meters, attracting nearly 50,000 professional visitors, covering key fields such as machinery manufacturing, defense industry, aerospace, heavy machinery, oil and gas, shipbuilding, and metallurgy.
DECOPPER and MAKIBISHI are exhibiting together at the Crocus Expo in Moscow,located at Mezhdunarodnaya St. 16-20, Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region.
This is our second time participating in this exhibition.

During the exhibition, the joint booth of DECOPPER and MAKIBISHI attracted a large number of professional visitors. Purchasing representatives and technical experts from Russia and neighboring CIS countries in the fields of machinery manufacturing, energy equipment, and defense industries showed great interest in the performance of silicon bronze fasteners in extreme environments.
Regarding maintaining existing clients, the team held in-depth meetings with several long-term Russian and Eastern European clients, reviewing their cooperation history, discussing future order plans, and further consolidating their strategic partnerships. These face-to-face exchanges not only deepened mutual trust but also laid a solid foundation for future large orders.
In terms of expanding new clients, the team met numerous potential clients from the petrochemical, heavy machinery, and rail transportation industries during the exhibition. Through product demonstrations, technical explanations, and sample testing, several clients expressed clear intentions to cooperate and scheduled subsequent factory visits and business negotiations. It is estimated that over one hundred valid client leads were collected during the exhibition, providing the company with a wealth of customer resources for further expansion in the Russian market.
METALLOOBRABOTKA 2026 was not only a platform for product showcases, but also a crucial window for DECOPPER and MAKIBISHI to gain insights into Russian and Eastern European market trends and grasp industry pulses. Currently, the Russian manufacturing industry is accelerating technological substitution and localization restructuring, leading to a continuous increase in demand for high-performance metal processing materials and fasteners.
