Thread Details: Uniform thread pitch with smooth, burr-free edges. The lead-in end features a chamfer to facilitate alignment and insertion, reducing resistance during assembly.

Mechanical Performance: The base material is strengthened via heat treatment, meeting required tensile and shear strength standards; it resists fracture or deformation when subjected to tightening forces.
Surface Condition: Uniform surface treatment with excellent coating adhesion, ensuring the finish does not peel or flake. Uncoated (natural) surfaces are smooth, clean, and free of burrs or oil residue.
