For the export of industrial fasteners, rigorous packaging is crucial to ensuring product quality and minimizing transit damage. Our silicon bronze hex bolts, hex nuts, flat washers, and spring washers undergo a comprehensive in-house process—covering sorting, weighing, sub-packaging, and boxing—within our own warehouse. We have established a fully standardized packaging and shipping workflow that handles everything from the release of finished goods to final customer delivery, accommodating both sample requests and large-scale export orders.
Silicon bronze offers excellent corrosion resistance, durability in marine environments, and superior thermal and electrical conductivity; however, the parts are susceptible to surface scratches and dings, so we place special emphasis on surface protection throughout the packaging process. Mixing different items is strictly prohibited; distinct product categories and sizes are handled entirely separately.
After the finished fasteners are received into the warehouse, staff sort them according to order details: silicon bronze hex bolts, hex nuts, flat washers, and spring washers are separated, with items of the same specification and type packed individually into transparent PE bags.
Each transparent bag is filled with a precise quantity as agreed upon with the customer; specifications are never mixed within a single bag. The transparent packaging allows for a clear view of the contents, and a legible paper label is affixed to the exterior, detailing the material (Silicon Bronze), product name, thread specification, quantity per bag, and production batch number.
Upon receipt, customers can quickly identify specifications without opening the bags for a count, facilitating warehouse intake, inventory management, and on-site material retrieval, thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency of goods verification.
Components are handled with care during the packaging process to prevent impacts between silicon bronze parts that could cause indentations, burrs, or surface damage. A secondary manual check is performed after packaging, cross-referencing specifications and quantities against the order list to prevent errors such as incorrect shipments, shortages, or mixed materials.
The filled transparent pouches are neatly stacked and packed into reinforced, export-grade corrugated cardboard boxes.
The pouches are arranged to minimize shifting and friction during transit. The boxes are sealed with heavy-duty tape along all edges to prevent splitting during long-distance transport.
For large-volume orders, additional wooden pallet packaging is available, making them suitable for cross-border shipping via sea, air, or land.
Customized shipping marks are printed on the exterior of the boxes—including order numbers, carton sequence numbers, and gross/net weights—to facilitate logistics handling and import/export customs clearance.

You can customize the quantity per bag based on actual weight to suit your inventory requirements.
Private labeling is supported; customers' own label information can be applied to the packaging bags and outer cartons.

Shipment will be arranged once all packing and inspections are complete, and we will promptly provide the logistics tracking number.
